When the intellectual breeze of "Talents of the Whole Country Visit Zhejiang" swept across the land of Wenzhou, a grand event of precise integration of industry, academia and research was grandly launched at Wenzhou Yining Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.
12月6日，作为“千博入企”温州专场的核心活动之一，来自长三角高校的博士专家团队深入益能电器生产一线，与企业技术骨干面对面交流，围绕汽车连接器、智能电机支架等核心领域的技术攻关需求，共商合作路径、共绘创新蓝图，为这家深耕行业数十年的高新企业注入新质生产力动能。
On December 6th, as one of the core activities of the "Qianbo Entering Enterprises" event in Wenzhou, a team of doctoral experts from universities in the Yangtze River Delta went deep into the production line of Yine Electric Appliances.
They had face-to-face communication with the technical backbone of the enterprise, focusing on the technical research and development needs in core fields such as automotive connectors and intelligent motor brackets.
They jointly discussed cooperation paths and drew up an innovation blueprint, injecting new quality productive power into this high-tech enterprise that has been deeply engaged in the industry for decades.

此次“千博入企”活动，正是企业响应温州“5+5”产业升级计划，深化产学研融合的关键举措。
This "Doctors enters the enterprises" event is precisely a key measure for enterprises to respond to Wenzhou's "5+5" industrial upgrading plan and deepen the integration of industry, academia and research.
来访现场，博士专家团队先后走访益能电器智能生产车间与研发中心，实地观摩了采用“自动化+智能数据看板+6S管理”的生产方案打造的智能产线，详细了解企业在高精密模具开发、新能源汽车零部件研发等方面的技术瓶颈，以及管理瓶颈。
Upon visiting the site, the team of experts from the university conducted separate visits to the intelligent production workshop and the R&D center of Yine Electric Appliances. They observed the intelligent production line that was built using the production plan of "automation + intelligent data board + 6S management", and gained a comprehensive understanding of the technical and management bottlenecks faced by the enterprise in the development of high-precision molds and the research and development of new energy vehicle components, as well as other aspects.
在闭门座谈会上，企业负责人精准抛出“新能源连接器在耐磨防火优化”、“智能组件散热效率提升”等与热管理相关的核心需求，博士专家们结合自身研究领域，从材料创新、结构设计、工艺改进等维度给出专业解决方案。
At the closed-door symposium, the enterprise leaders precisely raised core demands related to thermal management, such as "improvement of wear resistance and fire prevention for new energy connectors" and "enhancement of the cooling efficiency of intelligent components". The doctoral experts, based on their own research fields, provided professional solutions from aspects such as material innovation, structural design, and process improvement.
